1. What makes NoRa the top choice for our customers?

NoRa serves freshly prepared dishes made with locally sourced ingredients.

2. How many NoRa locations are there?

We have 12 NoRa locations and continue growing in the U.S.

3. To open a NoRa location how much do I need?

The estimated required initial investment ranges from $180,500 to $600,000*. *Refer to the Franchise Disclosure Document

4. Do I need prior industry experience to open and operate a NoRa location?

Prior industry experience is not needed. A hard-work ethic and willingness to learn is a must for potential franchisees.

5. Is there support for finding and building my locations?

We may offer recommendations and provide information available to us to help prospective franchisees choose a location. However, applicants are responsible for independently evaluating proposed locations and securing a location.

6. How many employees does my store need?

To run a store, on average you need 4 to 8 employees.

Initially, it is required that two full-time people are present in the business, one of which must be the franchisee. One must be responsible for business operations and management; the other must be a Certified NoRa Asian Fresh Certified Chef (CC). Both the franchisee and CC must successfully complete Our initial training program.

7. What is the average shop size?

The average shop size is 1,500 square feet.

8. Where does NoRa have locations open?

NoRa locations are in Arizona and Texas.

9. Is there ongoing support?

Yes, we will provide support to franchisees by phone and email communications and through in-person training programs.

10. How do I find out if I qualify?

The first step to find out if you qualify is to submit a contact form or email us directly at franchising@noraasianfresh.com with your details, location/state interested.

11. How much is the franchise fee?

The initial fees for the NoRa Asian Fresh franchise are $48,000.00 for 10 years.

12. What training will I receive?

To prepare you for opening your location, you and your CC must successfully complete our initial training program conducted in our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. It is usually scheduled within 2 - 6 weeks from your franchise application approval and no more than 60 days before your scheduled opening.

13. When will my franchise be awarded?

Franchises are awarded after successful completion of our training program and certification by NoRa’s corporate team.

14. How long does it take to open a NoRa location?

The length of time it takes to open a location varies depending on how long it takes to find a location, secure permits, and other factors. The typical length of time is between 3 to 6 months. In some cases, it could take longer than six months.
