We may offer recommendations and provide information available to us to help prospective franchisees choose a location. However, applicants are responsible for independently evaluating proposed locations and securing a location.
To run a store, on average you need 4 to 8 employees.
Initially, it is required that two full-time people are present in the business, one of which must be the franchisee. One must be responsible for business operations and management; the other must be a Certified NoRa Asian Fresh Certified Chef (CC). Both the franchisee and CC must successfully complete Our initial training program.
The average shop size is 1,500 square feet.
NoRa locations are in Arizona and Texas.
Yes, we will provide support to franchisees by phone and email communications and through in-person training programs.

The initial fees for the NoRa Asian Fresh franchise are $48,000.00 for 10 years.
To prepare you for opening your location, you and your CC must successfully complete our initial training program conducted in our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. It is usually scheduled within 2 - 6 weeks from your franchise application approval and no more than 60 days before your scheduled opening.
Franchises are awarded after successful completion of our training program and certification by NoRa’s corporate team.
The length of time it takes to open a location varies depending on how long it takes to find a location, secure permits, and other factors. The typical length of time is between 3 to 6 months. In some cases, it could take longer than six months.
